The building used as the clubhouse was built in the Elizabethan era, a stunning 16th Century Grade 1 listed construction steeped in history. Woodsome Hall Golf Club was designed in 1922 by Harry Colt with some redesign work by James Braid in 1929 and has been described as a "gem of a course" by Peter Alliss.
At 6,141 yards off the White Tees the par 70 Woodsome Hall golf course provides a fine test of skill with accuracy, patience and concentration being the keys to scoring well.
With over 70 bunkers, many of them having recently been re-laid and repositioned, long Par 3’s and testing Par 5’s there is plenty to keep you on your toes throughout the course of a round. Golfers of all levels will be well rewarded with one of the finest golfing experiences in Yorkshire.
