All as it should be, only slight niggles were the room (and dining room) were very hot and the timer on for the light in the bathroon needs to be set for longer as it can't detect motion from the shower and therefore switches off when you are halfway through.

This venue was recommended to us by Barry at your golf travel and I'm pleased it was. A fantastic venue with excellent staff and facilities. Even though this is a big venue, there is more than enough staff to make sure you served quickly. Excellent value for money and extremely comfortable bedrooms. Great facilities at the hotel too. 10/10.

Having read lots of negative reviews about the hotel I was keen go with an open mind and not let other opinions sway my experience. The hotel looks impressive and is exciting to enter, we were buzzing for our weekend! Unfortunately, immediately upon checking in they had no recollection of my booking! My heart sank. I had previously booked to stay in the Paddocks and after reading that most of the bad reviews come from people who have stayed there I decided to pay and upgrade to the main hotel. The receptionist told me they had no rooms available in the main hotel apart from shared Double bed rooms (I was travelling with my Father for his Father's Day present!) and they said they would offer me a refund of the upgrade. After a bit of a tussle back and forth with the receptionist (who all he seemed to say was "we have no rooms"), I said it was completely unacceptable and I was asked to sit and wait for "Dan". After about a 10 minute wait the receptionist called me over who said they have a double bed in a room which was made of two singles. I accepted the offer but was offered no compensation for the situation and left feeling completely underwhelmed. We ended up with a smaller room due to it being a double room and it also took a while for the mattresses to come. The house staff said "oh that's going to be a problem" when seeing they needed x 2 single beds and Dad and I ended up separating the beds and moving the double mattresses and bedding outside ourselves. The whole checkin procedure was disheartening and time wasting. The customer service was poor. Not everyone wants a refund offered immediately as that does not solve the current situation. The hotel should have sought extra compensation here I feel as that is NOT what you want on your first minute of people in the hotel. Throughout my stay, I saw multiple people in distress and one lady basically in tears at the spa making a complaint. SO - seems like the rumours are true. Sorry chaps! Additionally I will note, the hotel is clean, the bar staff and restaurant were all great. Food is also good and spa was a nice addition, although be prepared, twice I asked for a robe and there wasn't one and once they even didn't have a towel. Both are to be provided as part of your stay! In final, the check in procedure cast a shadow over the whole hotel and the weekend for me. We were always waiting for the next problem. Fortunately, the golf was superb and everyone in the Atrium and Golf house was fantastic!

Thank you for arranging our stay. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, food good and the private dining room for the evening worked a treat for a group, the course was a good challenge. It was all topped off with good weather. Our group of 36 were all very happy! I'd happily return in the future :-)

Fantastic place to stay in groups. Really well set up for groups and couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel rooms are good quality however we stayed in record high temperatures and there was no air conditioning at all in the hotel. The staff in the golf club house were terrible but the food and drinks were fine. The restaurant is vast and impersonal. Dinner food was great but breakfast was just ok.

Due to bad weather conditions we were unable to play on The first day. The next two rounds the courses were open, though wet under foot in places the courses were in good condition and the greens were very good. The staff were most helpful.

Fantastic golf all weekend! Superb greens and courses throughout! Very very enjoyable. 1905 - Easy Course Grand Prix - Medium Royal Whittlebury - Hard A great combination of interlinking 9's which made the golf interesting throughout. All staff in the clubhouses and golf house were very informative and helpful. Clubhouse and driving range could do with a bit of TLC. Definitely more grand from the outside! There were 2 weddings going on so half the clubhouse was off limits both days but It hardly affected us! Pro shop was closed all weekend, didn't see a soul go near it!

Great courses all 9 holes interlink really well providing a good variety for 3 days golfing. The caddy masters were great and flexible in advising which combinations to play. The only downside is the tremendous noise from silverstone race track next door.

34 Golfers got them all round in 9 groups round in 5 and half hours. Course was in great condition especially the greens. We played 3 9 hole loops contrasting in difficulty something for every standard of golfer. To be honest a much better venue than I was expecting. Would defiantly go again
