Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek

We had a great holiday but there are elements to the hotel that stop it being 5 star for our stay. The rooms are great, the hotel external areas are great, the inside is great but the food was very average if not a little bland and repetitive. We chose the al a carte restaurants and the food was no better and very rushed and we had to pay 10 euros per head, it did not offer value for money and was very rushed dinner service. The bars were very mixed, some good some bad. The staff were experts at ignoring you and serving locals or big tippers. There were times when we went to other bars to get better service. Overall we had a great time but it could have been better.

Couldn’t fault anything , first class in all departments .

Our stay at the Sueno Delux Hotel was one of the most enjoyable golf trips we have ever experienced.The staff were so helpful and they went above and beyond our expectations.The whole complex was fantastic.

Golf wise this hotel is perfect. It has everything you need & more. Perfect welcome where you are spoken to as a group & given all the info you need. The pools. Restaurants, bars are superb. Couldn’t fault a thing.

We stayed in the golf hotel but used all the facilities and they are all of an excellent standard.

Excellent. The staff were always available and wanting to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. Our rooms were changed with 30 minutes of arrival as we didn't have the view we were expecting.

Could not fault the hotel. However the experience with your company was poor, you way overcharged us for our buggies and on the evening we came home your transfer driver was half an hour late and then went to two other hotels to pick up no one as they had already been picked up! This meant that we nearly missed our flight! We would not use your company again.

Excellent. April was a good time as the resort was quiet. All facilities open and the weather was amazing. Great choice for couples and families Your questionaire Dies not mention Noran transport who were excellent!!!! Hotel was superb

The hotel reception area set the scene for a trip into 5 star luxury. The range of facilities at this hotel would satisfy even the most discerning visitor. The food and beverage was outstanding catering for all needs in a swift and professional manner.

Beautiful hotel. There was a lot of work being done during our stay, which was quite noisy at times. The main pool didn’t have any water in it and access to the beach was not allowed (due to the work being done). Disappointed that we weren’t informed about this before we traveled. Having said that the stay was wonderful, great food, lovely staff. I’m sure by the time all the work has finished things will be perfect

I visited this hotel in 2015 and 2016 when it had just opened ,it was fantastic then and still is ,there is nothing to dislike whatsoever 😎 One very small negative some tiles are cracked in some walk areas and the carpets to the rooms are badly stained and need replacing but they are 8 years old now.

Stayed there last year and hotel is behind to need some attend as now looking a little taty. Had thunderstorms on The Saturday night and roof leaked like a sift.

Brilliant holiday all staff brilliant a few stuck out the most . On top of everything needed happy friendly just the best.

Room,& food fantastic, but not enough staff, so waiting for bar service all the time, I’ve stayed here I think 4 times, & and I think it needs a little make over, but still enjoyable

Fabulous hotel - we travelled with 2 friends and were unexpectedly allocated a suite on arrival - 2 large en-suite bedrooms, a lounge/dining room with a vast terrace and hot tub. Three fridges that were topped up daily and good toiletries. Very good a la carte restaurants and lots of bars/food venues to choose from. Entertainment was fairly low key but fine for us. Helpful staff and drinks and chocolates on tap at the entrance foyer (bad news!!) excellent quality drinks and ridiculously extensive choice of food in the buffet restaurant.

The Hotel offers everything you would require on holiday. There is a baggage store room which can be very busy with suitcases late departures etc but no specific golf store to leave clubs in overnight, instead of carrying to end of 150 yard corridor on the 6th floor. Lockers are available at the Sueno Hotel by the Hotel courses but if you are travelling to other courses this does not help. 4th Sept was a very busy week for young families using all facilities, restaurants bars etc until late in the evening

The hotel looks outstanding but our shower didn’t work properly for the whole week. If you switched the hairdryer on it took 10 mins to switch off. Chairs were broken, arms wobbling or broken off in outside restaurant, pier closed at 7pm.

5th time at the Sueno and last, to many corners been cut,the Sueno's courses tees and greens are dreadful over 5half hour rounds apparently this is acceptable why have marshals on the course if not doing anything, my wife went over and seriously hurt coccyx the grounds were so slippy no signs but like magic after my wife's accident and a man who had to have stitches in is toe they were everywhere, looks like after covid they are just cutting corners I could go on but not worth my time, better hotels in the area now

Hotel was first class. Choice of food was superb. Staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t help enough.

Everything was perfect and all of my party will most definitely come back to Belek. Belek is the perfect location to relax, play golf without any stress at all.

The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, always smiling, courteous, and very professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel, spacious rooms, great buffet, and the pool area was huge.

Glad the courses got better from previous reviews I had read. Still a bit work to do on some greens. Practice balls tatty and should be inclusive anyway. Had an issue with room and complaint did not get satisfactory response from management. Face to face staff all good and, to their best, accommodating.

This was our 3rd time at the Delux and will be returning again next year - we wouldn’t stay at any other hotel - everything is fantastic !

Large comfortable rooms with plenty of toiletries. Room services were fantastic with rooms cleaned every day and fridge topped up with beer and juice every day.

Great,friendly staff

We were very well looked after by a friendly staff. Most of the hotels facilities were closed as it was out of season but the hotel was reasonably busy. The food was varied and good. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable.

We were upgraded on arrival to a two bedroom suite ALL staff were friendly and smiled the whole time they couldn’t do too much to be helpful The whole experience was brilliant

Excellent hotel, we stayed in the Deluxe Hotel, but frequently used the Sueno Golf Hotel. Service was exceptional and always polite and attentive. Very relaxing experience.

Lovely accommodation with various facilities. Kind staff and services. Buffets was fantastic. Only missing point was pools were closed due to Winter season.

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed I cannot speak highly enough about it. The staff were exceptional so friendly and tou could approach them anytime to help you with anything I'd give it 6* if I could . I'm bringing the family back for sure
