Hacienda Riquelme, as part of the renowned Nicklaus Golf Trail, was designed by the great Golden Bear, and takes full advantage of the magnificent Murcia landscape. The region stakes claim to the highest number of annual sunshine hours in continental Europe, and the Nicklaus Golf Trail presents the perfect chance for an escape to the sun.

This is a typical Niklaus course and was playing fairly long for the average golfer and with far too many bunkers (that had magnets drawing my ball towards them)! the greens were in good condition as the area had experienced heavy rain just days prior to us playing.
